Ecosystem

From a smell in the worldto a scent in someone else’s room.

Seven steps connect physical smell, AI, data and compatible devices. Some of them work today. The rest is the plan — and this page shows which is which.

Step 2 of 07

AI NOSE

Samples the smell in a closed chamber and records a sensor fingerprint plus sampling conditions. Firmware is compiled for a five-essential-oil test set; physical-sample recognition is not yet tested.

Experimental: Early experiments; not yet validated on physical samples.

The network idea

Every compatible devicebecomes a speaker for scent.

A photo looks right on any screen because screens share standards. TRACE’s long-term goal is the same for scent: a record format and a device standard so a confirmed scent can be played on any compatible diffuser — at home, in a hotel room or inside a game.

Works today

The AI Diffuser MVP mixes six ingredients and plays saved blends locally. The companion app prototype runs against a virtual device. AI NOSE firmware and software experiments exist.

Being built

AI Scent Creation, starting with a paid pilot of samples and custom blends. Controlled-sample capture tests on AI NOSE.

Planned

TRACE Scent Cloud, Scent Cards, compatibility checks, remote playback and closed-loop calibration — each gated by measured results.
